Every trail, every summit, checked.
Your and your friends’ Strava and Garmin activities on one private map — heatmaps, photos, peaks, routes and live locations.
How your data is handled
TrailMap reads the activities you choose to connect: your Strava history (with your permission, through Strava’s official API) and any Garmin or Apple Health files you upload. Tracks, photos and live locations are only visible to you and to the friends you add with your invite code. Strava activities marked “Only You” stay private, and any activity can be hidden from friends.
Photos are stored privately and only served to you and your friends. Live location sharing is off until you turn it on, and switches off when you close the page unless you use the OwnTracks app. You can disconnect Strava or delete your data at any time from your profile.
Trail reviews, photos and condition reports you post are public and show your display name; photos have their location data removed. Your times appear on a trail’s leaderboard for your friends, and for everyone only if you turn on public leaderboards.
